Exhibition News | IEST participates in the 2022 World Power Battery Conference

From July 21st to 23rd, the 2022 World Power Battery Conference with the theme of "Zhihui Green Power, Creating and Enjoying a Low-Carbon Future" was grandly held at the Yibin International Convention and Exhibition Center in Sichuan. The conference was approved by the State Council and co-organized by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. As my country's first professional power battery industry exhibition, it attracted more than 900 guests from government agencies, leading companies, experts and scholars, industry associations, etc., and more than 288 companies participated in the exhibition. Yuanneng Technology, as a supplier of new energy testing solutions, was invited to participate in this conference.

At the same time, Yuanneng Technology's "In-situ Cell Expansion Test Solution" was also exhibited in Hall A1 - Power Battery Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition Area. IEST Yuanneng Technology-In-situ expansion analysis system, using a highly stable and reliable automation platform, equipped with high-precision thickness measurement sensors and mechanical sensors, can achieve long-term stable and accurate detection of cell thickness and expansion force, and realize electric Performance evaluation of cores under different operating conditions. Multiple test modes: Constant pressure and constant gap test modes can be implemented for the cells to evaluate the performance of the cells under different stress conditions. High-precision control: The traditional fixture will produce ~70µm deformation when testing the cell with constant gap, resulting in inaccurate expansion force test. The SWE in-situ expansion analysis system can control the gap change within ~1µm through active modulation. Accurate expansion force changes during testing.
